SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ultra Pro. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method: DPD

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ultra Pro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Ultra Pro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

 

  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

 

  • Send an e-mail to gerardo@tournamentcenter.biz mentioning the items you wish to return or exchange from your order

  • Print your shipping label that you will receive by email (after paying the shipment fee)

  • Send all items back to us using the label provided
